Terms & conditions
Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Vehicle size, condition, access and requested extras may affect the final quote. An online submission reserves the selected date and time as a booking request. OG Car Wash will confirm the service, final price, location and appointment details before work begins.
All payments are made in person directly to OG Car Wash. The website does not take online payments or collect card details. Customers must provide accurate vehicle and access information and make the vehicle available at the confirmed time.

We collect the information needed to answer enquiries, manage bookings, assess vehicles, issue vouchers and communicate about requested services. This may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, vehicle and registration details, service addresses, booking history, messages and photographs you choose to upload. Required and optional fields are identified on each form.
We use this information to take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement, to perform an agreed service, to meet legal or accounting duties, and for our legitimate interests in running the business, preventing misuse, resolving disputes and improving customer service. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making.
Information is shared only where needed with service providers that help operate the website and communications, including Netlify for hosting, forms and secure record storage, Resend or our email provider for notifications, and professional advisers where legally necessary. These providers may process information outside the UK using the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months, completed booking records for up to 24 months, and uploaded assessment photographs for up to 90 days after the related service or enquiry. Voucher and accounting records may be retained for up to six years where required. Records may be held longer when reasonably needed for a dispute, legal claim or legal obligation.
You may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We use reasonable access controls, encrypted connections, validation and limited file types to protect submitted information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Cancellation & weather policy
If you need to change a booking, contact OG Car Wash as early as possible. Customer cancellations made less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment, and customer no-shows, are subject to a £10 cancellation fee where that fee reasonably reflects the direct loss caused by reserving the appointment.
The fee will not be charged if the appointment slot is refilled, OG Car Wash cancels the appointment, or unsuitable weather or other conditions outside the customer’s control prevent the service. Nothing in this policy affects the customer’s statutory rights. Where weather makes mobile work unsafe or impractical, OG Car Wash will contact the customer to agree an alternative time.
OG Rewards terms
One stamp is earned for each paid qualifying wash. Four stamps unlock one free qualifying fifth wash. Qualifying services, expiry rules and exclusions are confirmed when joining. Stamps have no cash value, cannot be sold and may be corrected where issued in error. The scheme can be updated with reasonable notice.
Gift voucher terms
Voucher reservations are not valid until in-person payment has been recorded by OG Car Wash. No voucher payment is taken through this website. Each issued voucher has a unique code and can be redeemed once for eligible services. Any expiry date, refund terms and service exclusions must be displayed on the issued voucher or confirmed before payment.
